SEASONS OUTLET COLLECTION

Forster Harvard Development Co. and Number TEN have worked in close collaboration since 2014 to develop the master planning of the Seasons outlet collection mall in Tuxedo, one of Manitoba’s premier shopping destinations. At the corner of Sterling Lyon Parkway and Kenaston Boulevard, this large-scale site includes a central outlet mall surrounded by more than 40 buildings including restaurants, multi-tenant leasing commercial pads, office spaces, and residential mid and high-rise buildings.

In addition to the master planning, Number TEN has provided services for the design of a six-buildings residential component with Deveraux Developments, and many multi-tenant buildings throughout the site.
