Leading the Green: A Sustainable Golf Clubhouse

The project is a new construction wood frame 5,125 sq. ft golf clubhouse with pro-shop, offices, storage/workshop, 100 seat dining/lounge, kitchen & bar, and support spaces including washrooms, service spaces and janitor.

Site development includes a 1500 sq.ft. outdoor patio, parking resurfacing, new drop off loop, grading & landscaping around the building. The project was completed on schedule, with minimal change order and well within construction contingency. Innovative features include exposed glue laminated timber framing and conventional wood framing, sustainable features such as composite wood products and laminate adhesives used on the interior of the building that contain no added urea formaldehyde.
