Whether in Nunavut, Northern Manitoba, Northwestern Ontario, or urban centers like Winnipeg, we are committed to meaningful engagement.

It’s a way of practice. Our engagement approach, rooted in IAP2 (International Association of Public Participation) principles, ensures diverse voices shape decisions. From sharing circles to traditional ceremonies, we create safe, welcoming spaces for dialogue, fostering connections across generations.

Our Integrated Design Process (IDP) incorporates Indigenous Planning & Design Principles, acknowledging the unique cultural contexts of every community we serve. We understand that true inclusivity requires a commitment to cooperation, co-creation and collaboration.
Our commitment extends beyond projects;
It’s about building capacity and sharing knowledge. We empower Indigenous communities to lead their own development, ensuring a sustainable legacy for generations to come. From honouring Elders to promoting wellness and land stewardship, design can celebrate the richness of Indigenous heritage and the interconnectedness of all beings.
Two-Eyed Seeing.
A method to see from both perspectives, taking the strengths from both Western and Indigenous knowledge. Two-Eyed Seeing in design allows us to create beautiful, industry-leading buildings with the grounded and cultural understanding of an Indigenous lens.
Storytelling through design.
Meaningful design is reflective of its users and tells a compelling story. Designs will celebrate Indigenous communities showcasing their voices, languages, and artwork.
